Winterwood Farm features full boarding and training facilities.

Over the years, our expansive facilities have enabled Winterwood to host dressage clinics by well known trainers like Sherry Ackerman and Jeff Lindberg. Most recently, Cailin led an on-site youth day in fall 2017. Sponsored by ENYDCTA, the clinic showcased a variety of riding disciplines, along with tack basics.

The grounds include a large, regulation outdoor dressage arena; a 180' by 60' indoor arena; a 20-meter outdoor round pen; nearly 130 acres of groomed trails; and a 4-acre jumping field.

TRAINING Board

We are pleased to offer full training board with a two-month minimum, which can lead to showing and boarding opportunities. Please contact us for more information.

BOARDING

Winterwood Farm is a full-service boarding facility whose owners and trainers live on-site. We tend to have long-term boarders and are currently full for regular boarding, but occasionally a stall does open up. Horses have daily turnout in groups of two or three and the barns offer large box stalls with floor mats. Boarders choose their own farrier and veterinary care.

There are plenty of outdoor paddocks as well as a round pen. 

When the weather is less than ideal we have a large indoor training ring.
